How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping starts at $4.95. We ship our products through USPS, DHL or FedEX. While we understand no one enjoys paying for shipping we only charge that in order to get your items to you as fast as possible and at a lowest cost as possible. We ensure that your item(s) are properly packaged and quickly shipped to you so you receive it in a timely manner.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-3 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
Please note: Due to overwhelming demand of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.
How long does delivery take?
Orders take between 3-14 days to arrive. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Do you deliver products internationally?
ModernThings successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.
WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?
This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
We utilize several different fulfillment centers that doubles as our warehouses. Our products are dispersed between these warehouses in order for us to ship out our products as fast as possible. If you order multiple items some orders may ship separately. However don't panic! We will give you tracking numbers for both items so you can keep an eye on when your product will be arriving. Most likely you'll receive one item before the next but rest assured, they will get to you.
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering we will be able to update your order while it is still in processing. However, after 24 hours, we ca not promise anything as all of our orders are usually processed by that time and shipped out the following days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be and will work with you to get it fixed.
